POD CASTING
Podcasting is a way to receive audio files over the Internet. Many content providers, including CNN, offer podcast feeds at no cost. These feeds deliver audio broadcasts to your desktop. You can listen to these files on your computer or load them on your MP3 player and take them with you.
All you need to get started is podcasting software. Once you download and install the software, simply add one of CNN's podcast feeds. The podcasting software will automatically check for updates and download the files to your computer so you can load them on your MP3 player.
1. Copy the URL/shortcut that corresponds to the topic that interests you.
2. Paste the URL into your receiver software.
TERMS OF USE
Our PODcasting service is a means by which the Georgia Department of Insurance offers audio feeds of headline stories in MP3 format to visitors of www.gainsurance.org. These Terms of Use govern your use of the PODcasting service.
Use of POD Feeds:
PODcasting is a free service offered by the Georgia Department of Insurance for non-commercial use. Any other use, including without limitation the incorporation of advertising into or the placement of advertising associated with or targeted towards the audio content, are strictly prohibited. You must use the audio feeds as provided by us, and you may not edit or modify the text, content or links supplied by us. For web posting, reprint, transcript or licensing requests for material, please send your request to inscomm@mail.oci.state.ga.us.

The PODcasting service may be used only with those platforms from which a functional link is made available that, when accessed, takes the viewer directly to the display of the full article on the www.gainsurance.org web site. You may not display the PODcasting Content in a manner that does not permit successful linking to, redirection to or delivery of the applicable www.gainsurance.org site web page. You may not insert any intermediate page, splash page or other content between the PODcast link and the applicable www.gainsurance.org site web page.
Ownership/Attribution:
The Georgia Department of Insurance retains all ownership and other rights in the PODcast Content used in connection with the PODcasting Service. You must provide attribution to the appropriate www.gainsurance.org website in connection with your use of the PODcast feeds. If you provide this attribution using a graphic, you must use the appropriate www.gainsurance.org website's logo that we have incorporated into the PODcast feed.
Right to Discontinue Feeds:
The Georgia Department of Insurance reserves the right to discontinue providing any or all of the PODcast feeds at any time and to require you to cease displaying, distributing or otherwise using any or all of the PODcast feeds for any reason including, without limitation, your violation of any provision of these Terms of Use. The Georgia Department of Insurance and department employees assume no liability for any of your activities in connection with the PODcast feeds or for your use of the PODcast feeds in connection with your website.
