Commissioner J. W. Oxendine has directed companies writing Medicare Supplement, Private Passenger Automobile, Homeowners and Workers Compensation insurance to submit rate information for rating examples to aid Georgia consumers. Rating examples are found in the respective web application located in the Company Portal. Insurers are required to keep this information updated each time a rate filing has been approved or acknowledged by the Department that affect the rates included in the rate examples. Current Datacalls are: Private Automobile (10/21/2008)) Homeowner Rates (09/04/2008) Workers Compensation (09/04/2008) Our Company Portal contains sections for each rate information upload. Our Company Portal is accessible only for those who have access credentials issued by their company. These access credentials are issued and managed by an account administrator in each company.
