On May 15, 2006, a Cease and Desist Notice was issued to Donald E. Hovey for engaging in the business of installing, inspecting, recharging, repairing, servicing or testing of portable fire extinguishers or fire suppression systems in the State of Georgia without having properly obtained and sustained the required license and permit issued by the Commissioner to perform such services. This action was taken pursuant to O.C.G.A. §§25-12-18 and 25-12-20 for violation of O.C.G.A. §§25-12-1, 25-12-4, 25-12-7 and 25-12-8. |
